The album title comes from a line in I Was Dreaming in Scotland "They're asking for my number I'm a late developer". It was a phrase I had heard used a lot about people who weren't good at things "Oh he's a late developer". I never felt like that about myself up til then but turning 60 I was beginning to feel like well is it ever going to happen?
